When you visit our website or interact with our restaurants, we may collect:

- Order information: when you order via our restaurants or delivery partners

- Social media interactions: public comments and messages on our official social media accounts

- To process and fulfill orders
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- To improve our services and customer experience
- To analyze our social media performance and customer sentiment (using Meta and TikTok APIs)

3. Social Media APIs
We use third-party APIs to manage our official social media accounts. All integrations operate solely on our own brand accounts; we do not access third-party user accounts.
3.1 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Graph API
- Read insights and metrics on our Chicken Project Facebook Page and @chicken.project.az Instagram account
- Read public comments and direct messages sent to our official accounts
3.2 TikTok APIs (@chicken.project.az)
- Display API (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list): read profile metrics and our published video metadata for analytics dashboards
- Comment API (comment.list): read public comments under our videos for food-safety monitoring (multilingual keyword detection in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish for terms such as "poisoning", "allergy", "foreign object")
- Comment Management (comment.list.manage): reply to common customer questions (operating hours, menu, delivery options) and remove spam (fake giveaways, gambling links, advertising violations) from our own video threads
- Direct Messages (direct_message.read, direct_message.write): receive customer service inquiries (delivery status, refunds, order questions) and respond with relevant information; auto-acknowledgments for off-hour messages
We do not send unsolicited promotional messages, bulk-message TikTok users, or read messages from accounts other than our own.
3.3 Data Storage and Retention
- Hosting: Hetzner Cloud (Helsinki, EU region), Microsoft Azure Key Vault (West Europe) for credentials
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted at rest
- Retention: Comments and direct messages received via these APIs are retained for 90 days, then auto-purged. Audit logs (timestamps, action types) retained for 12 months for compliance.
- Pseudonymization: Sender display names are pseudonymized in long-term audit storage.
3.4 Deletion Requests
If you have interacted with our brand account(s) and want your data deleted from our systems, please email privacy@chickenproject.az with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your TikTok/Instagram username. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- With delivery partners (Wolt, Bolt, Yango) when you order through them
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights
- With service providers (payment processors, analytics, hosting) under strict confidentiality agreements

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure cloud storage (Microsoft Azure), and access controls to protect your information.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
